The Challenge

Sam Sadeen over the years has acted solely on goodwill and loyalty in creating brand awareness. Due to the heavy reliance on the family name and goodwill gained by its predecessors, there has been a non-existing effort towards having a unique brand identity and was clearly evident as the organisation operated without a logo. We were engaged to help change this narrative and to usher the business into a new era of doing business.

The Solution

A detailed brand discovery blueprint was developed to understand the culture and values of the organisation. Interesting results were unearthed with a decision to center our rebranding efforts to reflect luxury and evoke an emotional appeal towards trustworthiness. Our efforts culminated in the development of a logo that reflects the personality of the brand and can easily be remembered.  Brand collateral materials were also designed and developed to launch the organisation into its new era.

Results

Sam-Sadeen Estates (SSE) is a property management company that offers bespoke services to its tenants and customers through its history with hospitality. Considering the increasing number of real estate companies in the market and their various areas of service; we found it imperative to develop and improve our brand. Externally, we needed an identity to enable us to conduct effective marketing. The logo and other branding items created by Envisio impressively represent our company’s values and the quality of service we provide. Internally, it has helped with our organization and restructuring, from name tags to signages and manuals with policies and such.
